Intermoor achieves safety milestone

Intermoor UK Operations has now operated for over six years without a lost time incident.
The business has carried out more than 2,000 projects during this time period from three bases, five storage yards and a number of quayside locations across the UK and the world.
It has implemented clear policies and legal and moral obligations, requiring it to introduce and maintain an efficient health, safety and environment management system.
Bruce Strachan, InterMoor UK Operations' quality assurance and health, safety and environment manager, said: “"We have always had the strongest commitment to internal and external safety training.
Mr Strachan went on to say that the work represents a superb team effort and places InterMoor UK “at the forefront” of worldwide safety performance.
He went on to say that very few businesses have conducted operations for such a length of time without any recorded incidents in their workplaces.
