Proserv wins top safety awards

Proserv has collected top safety awards, recognising the business' commitment to protecting the wellbeing of staff.
The company won the technology implementation of the year award at the Oil and Gas Middle East Awards 2013 and was shortlisted for the health and safety initiative of the year.
It comes after the firm's chief executive David Lamont captured the EY UK entrepreneur of the year 2013 honour.
Andy Anderson, region president in the Middle East and North Africa, said: "The most important factor in our business is promoting a safe work culture and HSE Champions have been hugely successful in further enabling us to focus on its importance throughout the business."
Mr Anderson emphasised that developing leading technology while ensuring the safety of staff are the two focuses at Proserv.
The company, based in Aberdeenshire, has delivered bespoke technologies for the energy industry for 35 years, especially in the drilling, production and subsea sectors.
