This week's Safety and Health Expo will include a display by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).

RoSPA's stand will encompass all areas of the safety charity's work, ranging from consultancy to driver training.

As well as this, a prize draw at the event will give people the chance to win a NEBOSH Diploma course.

Tom Mullarkey, RoSPA’s chief executive, said: "One of the things I value most about my three days at Expo is the opportunity to talk to health and safety practitioners and decision-makers about issues affecting their working lives."

Mr Mullarkey explained that, due to the number of developments seen in the health and safety sphere, he believes that more issues will be up for discussion.

These remarks follow the launch of the South West Public Health Observatory's Injury Profiles, which aim to enable comparisons to be made when it comes to the number of accidents in different local authorities.ADNFCR-2754-ID-801364142-ADNFCR
