RS Components awarded silver honour at RoSPA Awards 2013

RS Components has been awarded a silver award in the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Occupational Health and Safety Awards 2013.
This latest accolade from the organisation shows the progress made by its workers, as it collected the bronze honour last year and has improved its performance by establishing the correct behaviours and attitude across its employee base.
Dave Mason, global head of health and safety at Electrocomponents, said: "Ensuring the safety of our employees is a primary concern.
"We are committed to continually enhancing our health and safety performance through training and raising awareness of safety in the workplace as we work towards our long term aspirational goal for zero lost time accidents."
The RoSPA awards scheme has been running for 57 years and aims to improve businesses health and safety processes by looking at accident records and making significant changes.
