Toyota Material Handling to exhibit at Health and Safety Scotland event

Toyota Material Handling UK is to showcase products and services at the Health and Safety Scotland event.
It will give a chance for companies in the country to obtain valuable advice on safe manual handling, while offering an opportunity to pick up free resources and improve wellbeing in the workplace.
Harry White, regional sales manager for Scotland, Toyota Material Handling UK, said: "Promoting health and safety in the workplace is important to Toyota and this event provides the ideal platform for us to demonstrate how our products can help to reduce the risk of manual handling and improve safety at work.
Mr White went on to say that a selection of free safety resources have been developed to help with forklift safety.
Businesses need to ensure they check the safety of their machinery, or they could put their workers in danger and breach regulation, which could lead to fines from the Health and Safety Executive.
