South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service has announced a new winner in its incentive in a bid to boost fire safety.
Emily Fisk from the University of Sheffield collected first place in the organisation's competition and, as a result, will pick up £300 in takeaway vouchers from the online service Just Eat, reports the Postcode Gazette.
Her victory comes during Candle Fire Safety Week, which will run until November 25th and aims to give advice to ensure that candle users do not sustain any injuries.
All she had to do to win the prize was test her knowledge in a fire safety quiz on Facebook, with the service hoping that the contest will help to lower the number of house fires in student homes.
Diane Malpass, head of community safety, said: "Our message to students is simple. If you've had too much to drink, don’t go home and try to cook."
